Performance Measurement
Animus Program Review analyzes and identifies business gaps and offers solutions for leveraging existing process and tools. A Program Review is usually focused in one of four areas – Software Asset, Product vs. Process, Hardware Assets, and Revisting Shelfware. Animus Solutions delivers practical advice from which actions and tasks are easy to understand and not standard answers developed without knowledge of the customer’s unique needs and environment.Targeted Program Review is focused specifically on improving performance in a single area or select areas though a customized IT Review. While the assessment evaluates the processes and tools to recommend value and goal achievement actions, the Targeted Program Review service delves deeper into those processes and incorporates recommended changes.
Pre-implementation Workshop will help uncover any gaps in existing processes and help plan for future functional needs. Animus creates a detailed technical design document that outlines the process for the implementation team and project manager that is easily understood.
