One question that we often get from clients about managing mobile assets is - what about the SIM cards? Do these need to be tracked and recorded? Several years ago, we would say yes, because they were not so easily altered. But today, the information associated with a SIM card can be changed quickly and as often as necessary. Therefore, we say, don’t waste your time tracking SIM cards. They are interchangeable and not necessary to spend the time tracking.
