Corporate Citizenship
Animus is committed to making a positive contribution to the world - beginning in our own backyard and working our way around the world to places such as Haiti. Our vision is that the world we both work and live in will become a better place because we, as a company and as individuals, are helping to improve communities, people and the environment. The Animus Foundation
The Animus Foundation supports programs that foster economic empowerment for those in need in the communities we serve, as well as, organizations that support and protect Women and Children and empower them to believe in themselves. We do this through a powerful combination of financial support and employee engagement, tapping into Animus’ internal talent pool. This approach, which includes skills-based volunteering, board membership, financial education and training, enables us to significantly enhance the value of the support we provide to our nonprofit partners and increase the long-term impact of our investments.
RSQ Foundation
The RSQ Foundation was launched in 2010 in response to a growing global threat from natural disasters and extremists, terrorists and criminals who target vulnerable U.S. citizens in foreign countries ranging from Mexico and the Middle East to Europe and Asia. They are based in the United States, but reach and effective sphere of operations is worldwide. Whether the increasing perils we face in this modern world are personal or public, local or regional, national or international, or if they are posed by governments, narco-terrorists or religious fanatics - indeed, whether these dangers are man-made or natural - the RSQ Foundations mission is to raise awareness of the risks, offer assistance wherever possible and fund real-world solutions.
Make A Wish Foundation
Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The Foundation's mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make-A-Wish® experience has on children, families, referral sources, donors, sponsors and entire communities. The Make-A-Wish Foundation was founded in 1980 after a little boy named Chris Greicius realized his heartfelt wish to become a police officer. Since its humble beginnings, the organization has blossomed into a worldwide phenomenon, reaching more than 193,000 children around the world. A network of nearly 25,000 volunteers enable the Make-A-Wish Foundation to serve children with life-threatening medical conditions. Volunteers serve as wish granters, fundraisers, special events assistants and in numerous other capacities.

University of South Florida
Many students who are the first in their family to attend college lack the so-called “soft” skills simply because they’ve never had a chance to participate in business or professional activities. The Corporate Mentor Program, exclusively for USF business students, has partnered with Tampa Bay's executives to create a program to help. Volunteers in the Corporate Mentor Program are business professionals who provide guidance and opportunities for these first generation Bulls, such as the opportunity to shadow an executive at a Chamber of Commerce meeting, or the chance to tag along on a corporate presentation. Words like encourager, coach, advisor, role model, and friend describe these junior and senior level executives.
