	Phara E. McLachlan President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder CEO of Animus Solutions since 2004, Phara McLachlan’s leadership extends beyond the organization to the customers of Animus Solutions. Committed to the people, the ability to deliver practical solutions and an expectation of constant performance improvement, Phara’s personal consulting experiences guide the execution of IT asset management, software asset management, service management and IT security services offer by Animus Solutions. With a firm foundation in IT asset management business processes, technology implementations and project leadership, Phara has consulted for energy, insurance, banking, government and technology industries, to name a few. A frequent speaker at industry events, Phara holds a BS in Management Information Systems from University of South Florida as well as certifications from industry associations and software providers.
	Jenny L. Schuchert Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications Jenny Schuchert is Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Animus Solutions. Jenny is a recognized leader in the IT Asset Management field. Jenny’s diverse background includes technology and business management roles for leading software publishers and IT business consulting for global enterprises. A frequent speaker and author, Jenny served as Program Director for the International Association of IT Asset Managers, Inc, where she authored and taught the certification course for Hardware Asset Managers. Jenny continues to write a column for the industry magazine ITAK. In addition to industry certifications, Jenny has a Masters in Biomedical Computing from Ohio State University.
	Walter J. Darrough Vice President of Sales and Business Development Walter Darrough is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Animus Solutions.  Walter has over twenty-eight years of IT experience and has been focused on the Financial, Retail, Health Care, Energy, Government, Services and Transportation industries. Walter has extensive experience in product development, implementation, data center and back office operations.  This experience provides him the necessary background to help companies advance their IT Asset Management  and other business practices.  Over the past several years, Walter has worked exclusively with organizations seeking to better understand the benefits of advancing their IT Asset Management practices and in developing and implementing effective ITAM strategies. Before Animus, Walter held the position of Knowledge Executive and Program Advisor for the International Association of IT Asset Managers, Inc.  Walter holds CSAM, CHAMP and CITAM certifications from IAITAM, as well as an ITIL Foundation certification.
