Phara E. McLachlan
Chief Executive Officer
McLachlan was appointed to Chief Executive Officer in March 2006 and Chairwoman in January 2007. Previously, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer. McLachlan is focused on the strategic vision of the company as well as bringing the best solutions – people, products and processes – to clients.
Prior to Animus Solutions, McLachlan consulted independently with CIOs and CTOs from mid-sized to Fortune 1000 organizations in industries ranging from energy and insurance to banking, government and technology. She has helped companies optimize their IT asset management, software asset management, business processes, technology implementations and project leadership while saving them valuable time and millions of dollars.
McLachlan is a frequent speaker at industry events and is a well-reputed contributor to industry publications. Guest Speaker on radio shows My Technology Lawyer and ComputerWorld. Active member of the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM), IT Financial Management Association (ITFMA), Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She also holds certifications in CITAM, CSAM, and ITIL. Phara McLachlan holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from University of South Florida.
